The Palm Pre is acting like Big Brother, watching everything that you do. Yea reports say they see everything that you do from when your log goes down, to where current location is. Palm doesn't, they going ahead and accessing your info probly for the same reasons but with out your knowledge. Now I said without your knowledge, not without your consent because its almost certain that you gave them permission when signed your contract, and didnt read the fine print.
